The purpose of this class is summed up in Ephesians 4: 11-12 “(God) has given…pastors and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of ministry, so the body of Christ may be built up.” This class will prepare you for the work of ministry at FSC and beyond. The foundation of this class is that each of us is uniquely gifted for ministry in the church as well as the world. At FSC we focus on an individual approach to ministry. You will look at the Five Personal Factors that have combined to shape the “real” you. By identifying the specific traits you possess in each of these areas, the ministry for which God has shaped and designed you will become crystal clear:
